E.O. Gas Sterilization Process

Loading: Place goods in the sterilizer and secure the pneumatic door.

Temperature Adjustment: Set to required 50ºC (approx. 1-2 hours).

Pre-Vacuum: Remove air from the chamber (6-30 minutes).

Leak Test: Check air pressure tightness to ensure no gas leaks.

Pre-humidification: Adjust humidity to 55%RH (1-1.5 hours).

Gas Injection: Inject EO gas into the chamber (20-30 minutes).

Sterilizing: Maintain conditions for 4-8 hours.

Residue Removal: Clear residue gas via vacuum (60 Kpa) and air blowing (approx. 1 hour).
