Water spraying retort pouch autoclave designed for high-efficiency thermal processing. The system is composed of a sterilizing tank and a small hot water tank, ensuring a compact and logical layout.
The Automatic Water Spray Type Autoclave is ideally suited for the sterilization of flexible packaging, including aluminum foil, cans, glass bottles, and standing pouches. It achieves exceptionally even heat distribution by utilizing a precision water spray system, ensuring every product is sterilized thoroughly without any "dead angles."
Advanced Control & Efficiency: The sterilizing temperature, pressure, and time are managed automatically for consistent results. By utilizing a dual-tank system (upper hot water tank and bottom sterilizing tank), the equipment allows the work medium to be used circularly, significantly saving energy, time, manpower, and physical resources. While the unit is full-automatic, it is also equipped with a manual control system for added flexibility.
